Interior 

This unique luxury self catering beach house is fully self contained in a quiet private location.  It is fully furnished and equipped featuring a nautical theme.

There are 3 bedrooms in the front section with a king size master with en suite and sea views at a secluded end of the house. The large fourth bedroom doubles as a family room / rumpus room / games room.

There are two modern bathrooms including a full en suite off the master bedroom and heated towel rails. Showers have good pressure with detachable heads to bath infants. Bath mats, towels, soap and hair dryer provided

New European kitchen with granite tops and large servery / breakfast bar. Fully equipped with dishwasher, double door fridge /freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, thermo bake oven, gas hobs, microwave, quad toaster, blender, mixer, sandwich maker, espresso machine, coffee bodum etc. Cutlery, crockery and glasses with ample utensils,

Open plan area features 3 comfy leather sofas and nautical theme of dinghy bookcase and marine items. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide unobstructed views and easy access to the verandah and deck. The large rear fourth bedroom doubles as a games room.

A 6 seat table is provided inside. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools.

The preference is usually to BBQ food with meals served on the deck table seating 8-10. Enjoy glorious views and sunsets as you dine outside.

An automatic washing machine and dryer with iron and ironing board. There is a large washing line at the rear of the house. Detergents etc. provided

Outside

The house is surrounded by a covered covered verandah with direct access from the lounge and the house bedrooms. This leads to a large  deck with surround seating and a large table seating 8-12. Sun shade, lounger and deck chairs also available. The deck leads directly to the section and beach.  Enjoy unobstructed 180 degree views of the beach and water with no road or sand dunes in between. Sit back with a drink and watch the boats pass by as you listen to your favourite music from the deck speakers. There are a dinghy and 2 kayaks for guests use.

Location

If you do not feel like cooking, Russell has a large selection from historic hotel dining to world class restaurants, bistros, cafe, ice cream parlour. Fish 'n' Chips and pizza cafe - or take the passenger ferry to one of the many eateries or the night club in Paihia. Locally farmed oysters can be purchased direct from the Oyster farm at nearby Orongo Bay or you can sample the wine and dine at Omata Estate, a local vineyard with commanding hill top views on the road to the car ferry. No need to bring food as there are 2 grocery stores, butcher, bakery, fruit / vegetables and services locally in Russell. You can even have Fish 'n' Chips, burgers or pizza phone ordered and delivered by Tuk Tuk !
