The kitchen is fully equipped including new gas oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and ample work surfaces.

The main reception room is spacious and tastefully decorated, leading to the sunny terrace through French windows. It has a large dining table at the centre of the room easily seating 8 people. The split level lounge offers a cosy atmosphere with its comfortable seating area (sofa bed sleeps 2) and open log fireplace. Books, TV, CD player, games are all there for your entertainment.

The house has two good size bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second has 2 single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 4). Pine furniture throughout both bedrooms. Big walk in closet adjacent bedroom 2.

Tiled bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and separate WC. Sorry no pets. There is a non smoking policy in the house.

Location

Warm baguettes and croissants for your breakfast 5 minutes stroll from the house at the village boulangerie. Brand new hypermarket in the town of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire offering a wide range of mouth watering products from the region as well as regular household items ( both open all year round).

The castle of Richard the Lionheart is in the heart of the town, Les Sables D’Olonne is 10 minutes drive with its shopping cafes and restaurants on a lively sea front promenade
