Interior
You
can book Montelandi as a four bedroom self catering villa for up to eight or with six
bedrooms for up to twelve. Or you can book for any number up to sixteen
(eight bedrooms). Outside the main season there is a self contained two
bedroom apartment on the ground floor.
There
is a large comfortably furnished living room, marble floored, with
beamed ceiling and hooded Tuscan fireplace, with doors leading onto a
covered loggia.
The
old farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast table to seat
12 and an open fireplace for log fires in autumn and winter. There is a
second kitchen downstairs leading out onto the garden terrace with long
tables for al fresco dining to seat 20.
There
is a mixture of double and twin bedded rooms with additional single beds
or sofa beds in some rooms. There are six modern bathrooms with showers.
Outside
Terraces are shaded by vine, ivy, jasmine and wisteria covered pergolas.
