Interior
Casa das Amendoeiras has a covered
terrace/seating area and a large sun terrace with swimming pool, and a
further roof terrace with views to both sea and mountains.
The
accommodation comprises three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a
dining room, lounge, spacious hall/ reception area and good sized
kitchen.
The
large lounge with open fireplace/log burner has a sofa bed. Both the
air-conditioned lounge and the dining room open with sliding doors to
the covered terrace and courtyard area containing a capped cisterna, log
store and calcada paved seating and barbecue area.
The bedrooms comprise one with three single beds with bathroom en -
suite, two further double rooms (double beds in each) which share a
common adjoining shower room and wc. All bedrooms have double aspects
with attractive views. Additionally one bedroom has a door leading to
the inner terrace. All air-conditioned.
The kitchen is equipped with double bowl sink unit, washer dryer,
dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave together with all other
necessary appliances and equipment. The lounge, reception hall and
dining room have traditional terracotta tiled floors and bamboo/wood
ceilings.
