Interior 

There are four styles of house to choose from: Ivory Coast, Harbour House, Cleopatra and Pacific Breeze. All houses have a special atmosphere that makes them ideal places to escape and relax. All fixtures and fittings are of a high quality and the houses are beautifully furnished with TVs in the bedrooms. Each has a fully equipped luxury kitchen including a larder fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and ice maker.

Ivory Coast exudes African charm with delightful hand carved wooden objects d’art, an open fireplace and a beautiful collection of African Safari themed furniture including leather and rattan furnishings. Ivory Coast is a spacious design with an ensuite master bedroom, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom/den designed to appeal to children, with twin beds.

Harbour House has a luxury seaside bungalow feel with marble fireplace, tile floors, palms on the patio, a wrap-around couch in the den/third bedroom, luxury fitted kitchen with dining area and white shutters throughout. Clever use of glass and mirrors give this a very spacious feel.

Cleopatra is a compact 2 bedroom designed condo with a nautical theme, open fireplace, dining area with large doors opening to the patio, where there are views across to the swimming pool and hot tub. The master bedroom is ensuite and there is a second bedroom and guest bathroom.

Pacific Breeze is a beautiful two bedroom (plus den) sophisticated, up-market condo. It is newly decorated with the very latest design and furnishing. It has a family room, master bedroom with a queen size bed and a 2nd bedroom with twins. The master bathroom features twin basins in a black marble surround. The comfortable lounge has a feature fireplace, in addition there is a beautiful kitchen and elegant dining area. It has a partial view of the ocean and you can hear the dolphins and waves as they crash to the shore.

Location

The amenities in this complex include a beautiful large, heated pool, spa and clubhouse. It is a short walk to Salt Creek Beach, home of the famed five star Ritz Carlton/Laguna Niguel and the St. Regis Resort. Dana Point Harbour, with 1500 yachts, is less than a mile away. The harbour has 50 shops and outdoor patio areas for eating and relaxing. 

There are so many additional activities for you to enjoy such as: hiking, wildlife viewing, golf, shopping, swimming, snorkelling, surfing, boating, biking. It is also near Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Disney Land or you can just relax at the beach each day and watch the sunset.
