The living space consists of the
indoor lounge plus the balconies and patios. The lounge area has a
comfortable three piece suite, a glass table and eight stools. There are
oil paintings on the walls painted by a local artist. A pull out
breakfast table can seat 8 people. The lounge leads to the walk out
balcony.
There
are two toilets, bathroom and shower room. The bathroom has a toilet and
shower over bath, a washing machine fitted with cupboard for washing
powder etc, an illuminated mirror and power point. The shower room has
shower and toilet and illuminated mirror.
The
property is cleaned once a week. All linen is included and changed once
a week
Exterior
There
are balconies all around the bedrooms and patios at front and back of
house. The balcony at the front and back of the house has chairs and
table and, to the front, beautiful views of the valley and sea with
peaceful views over olive groves and the hill at back of house.
The
property stands alone in three acres of land containing olive trees and
a garden with vegetables at the front of the property. It is only 10
minutes by car to the beaches - with several beaches to choose from and
the road running past the property leading to the beaches in one
direction and to nine ancient villages the other way, following the
route up the hills at the back of the house
