Interior
Villa Tuscany is furnished like an authentic Italian home, with a
mixture of comfortable contemporary pieces and pretty antiques. It is
the owners personal holiday home. Downstairs there's a double living
room with three sofas (one converts into a double bed), fireplace, card
table and satellite TV; as well as a modern eat-in kitchen with full
stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of dishes and cookware.
Upstairs are a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a bathroom with
bathtub and a bathroom with shower. The house has central heating
throughout.
Location
Despite its proximity to Village Peralta Versilia Tuscany
, the property is totally secluded and private. Just down the road is
the lovely hill town of Camaiore; Lucca (25 km or 15 miles) and Pisa (30
km or just over 18 miles) are only slightly farther. Day trips are easy
to the five delightful fishing villages called Cinqueterre (65 km or
nearly 40 miles).
The villa is near to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the beach (lido di
Camaiore only 10 kilometers or about 6 miles away) as well as with easy
reach of most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airport
is Pisa (30 minutes by car). Florence airport is one hour and Rome
airport about 4 hours.
