Interior

The villa is furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. The lounge has an open fire. The master bedroom is en-suite and there is another double and twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom and separate WC. Satellite TV, video, full air-conditioning/heating and a heated pool make the holiday villa perfect for family vacations.

The front door opens into a vaulted hallway. To the right, one enters the L-shaped air-conditioned lounge with separate dining area. As throughout, this area is very tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas, beautiful drapes soft furnishings and paintings. There is an open fireplace for logs on those chilly evenings in the winter, Satellite TV, video and CD, Hi-Fi radio.

As with all the rooms in the villa, there are sliding patio doors out onto the veranda (all with security shutters) with views of the garden and on to the sea in the distance.

The dining area has an extending table which can seat up to ten people and is adjacent to the extremely well equipped kitchen with its high quality modern units, electric oven, induction ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

There is a twin and a double room with a fitted wardrobe, dressing table, patio doors and is air-conditioned. Adjacent to these two bedrooms is another bathroom with a shower, WC and wash-hand basin. All the bathrooms are beautifully tiled and fitted with modern light coloured suites and units.
 

Location

The villa is a minutes walk from Carvoeiro tennis club with its 12 tennis courts of different surfaces, gym, diving club, massage, beauty salon, hairdressers, bar etc.

Carvoeiro is located in the centre of the Algarve coast, a pleasant 15 minute drive to the picturesque fishing port of Portimao which is also one of the finest shopping centres in the Algarve. The village can offer you all you need; fine restaurants and bars, discos, boutiques, bank, chemist and all the shops you may need on a daily basis. There are many beaches and coves in the area which are well worth visiting.
