Interior
 
A large three storey self catering holiday villa surrounded by a walled garden. The accommodation is spacious  with five double bedrooms, three bathrooms, cloakroom, lounge dining room, kitchen, games room,  terrace, roofed outside eating area in the garden, and a barbecue. The villa is maintained to a very  high standard and as well equipped as a private home. All bedrooms and the lounge have fans.
 There is a cloakroom with full size washbasin off the entrance hall

The kitchen has marble work surfaces, cooker, grill and hob, a microwave oven with grill, larder  fridge, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a large quantity of china, glass and cooking  equipment. There is a citrus press, kettle, toaster

The lounge dining room is comfortably furnished including TV and video, radio and CD/tape player. We  have digital television giving some English TV Channels

The first floor has a double bedded master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There are two  further double bedded rooms which share a second bathroom

The lower floor has two twin bedded rooms which share a luxury shower room with basin and WC  and this is where the washing machine is located. There is also a games room with a ¼ size billiard  table and ironing facilities.

Outside
 
This room leads on to the terrace which has sun blinds. From the terrace you can take the steps  down into the garden. The garden is tiled in terraces with flower beds and tubs and pots  everywhere. Under an open but roofed area there is a built-in tiled table with permanent seating on  two sides. With the addition of garden seats on the other two sides you can accommodate 14  people. The large barbecue is close by There are sun loungers and facilities for table tennis.
 

Local area

We  overlook the famous Burriana Beach and from the south west facing terraces you can see the  Parador  across the valley. The Balcon de Europa in the centre of the town can be reached by  walking  along the  beach  paseo which winds its way along the beach and up into the rocky cliffs or  through the  streets of  the  old town.  For car users the centre of the town now boasts a deep  underground car park.
