Outside
In an acre of private
grounds with an area of flowers and shrubs, an orchard area and loads of
space for ball games. There is ample room for a barbeque on the terrace
by the pool. The saline pool (10m x 6) is large and attractively shaped
with easy access low steps at the far end.
Location
Stunning setting – with frontline views
over Lake Vinuela across to Mt. Maroma. Few neighbours within 50m, not
directly overlooked. The Villa is located in the glorious National Park
within the Axaquia Region with it's stunning scenery and numerous
charming white villages to explore. It has easy access via a private
road, just 100m off the main A356 Colmenar Road. 40 minutes drive from
Malaga Airport. 15 minutes from the coast at the bustling seaside town
of Torre del Mar.
Five minutes easy walk to two excellent
restaurants and a well stocked grocery shop or to the lake side. The
fishing is good and licences can be obtained locally. Surrounded by
wonderful touring and walking country. The grand historical cities of
Granada, Cordoba and Seville all within a days trip. Activities locally
include horseback riding, scuba diving, rock climbing, cycling and
hiking.

Interior
The sitting/dining room
is strikingly spacious - a huge bright sunny room approx. 28'x 20’ -
enjoying spectacular views from all angles with the gorgeous saline
swimming pool just steps away. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and
there is an open fire, Sky TV, DVD player and two super large, feather
filled couches. The Kitchen is large, open plan and fully fitted
The Bedrooms comprise:
Bedroom 1 with King sized bed super-sprung divan bed and en suite shower
room, air conditioner/heater, sliding doors and fabulous lake view.
Bedroom 2: King sized super-sprung divan bed, and a/c heater and with
lovely country mountain views of Mt. Maroma.
Bedroom 3: Twin super sprung beds and two folding guest beds with lovely
mountain views.
The family bathroom has
a bath with shower overhead, WC and bidet. There is also a tumble dryer
for the odd wet winter day.
Bed linen is fully
inclusive. Weekly cleaning with fresh linen, by arrangement for an extra
charge. NB beach towels are not provided. The air-conditioning is top of
the range and provides central heating in winter. The house is
particularly suitable for the elderly being all on one level internally
with just two steps down to the poolside.
