a half meter depth until sixty to eighty meters from the shore. This
feature makes the bay a favourite among both amateurs and professionals
and is a good training place for those who are new to wind surfing.
The sea is clear and the bay is shallow and calm.
Many national and international competitions are held here, and every
day windsurfers can be seen dancing among the waves. Alacati is
preparing to be the holder of the World Surf Championship after hosting
the European Surf Championship in 2005.

Interior
The property is a 3 bedroom
cottage/villa. Newly built it has back and side gardens facing south.
With a modern open-plan design, ground floor accommodation comprises a
kitchen, outside dining table and a lounge opening to a beautiful
terrace. On the second floor the master bedroom has en-suite facilities
and the two further guestrooms share a bathroom. All the bedrooms are
spacious with shutters and balconies.
