Interior
From the entrance hall an archway leads into a fully equipped kitchen
with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a large
fridge/freezer.
Another archway leads to a lounge with TV/DVD and a
wood-burning fire and a further archway leads to the ten seat dining
room. A separate 'Ottoman' room has TV/DVD and a PlayStation 2, which is
ideal for the kids.
All ground floor rooms are marble floored and fully
equipped with stylish locally made furniture. All rooms access the
outside veranda with another ten seat dining area, built-in BBQ and the
swimming pool.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are three double
bedrooms, one en-suite, with private sun terraces and a large family
bathroom.
The staircase then leads to the second floor which
has two large twin bedrooms, one with a hidden sun terrace, and a
toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and fully
furnished with handmade stylish furniture.
Outside
Externally there is a covered terrace, with
fabulous views, including a ten seat dining area and built-in BBQ. This
overlooks the pool and its surrounds provided with ample sunbeds and parasols. The gardens have paved and grassed areas with
many plants and shrubs and there is a paved car parking area.
Location
Locally the attractions are endless. By the sea there is paragliding,
microlites, wind-surfing, sailing, swimming, diving and water-skiing.
While inland there is walking, cycling, mountain biking, quad biking,
horse riding and visiting the numerous
